These Terms apply to your use of pitchgroups.com and to Central Florida Pitch Group events and communications, operated by CFL Realtor Events Corporation, doing business as Central Florida Pitch Group (“Pitch Group,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or registering for an event, you agree to these Terms.
Events
Event dates, times, venues, formats and features (such as breakfast, prizes, the Pitch Book or on-screen listings) may change or be canceled. Submitting a listing does not guarantee it will appear in printed materials or on screen. Submissions received after the posted deadline may not be included.
Listings and content you submit
You confirm that you have the right to share any listing, photo, headshot or other content you submit, and that the information is accurate. You give us permission to display it in event materials and, where you have agreed, on our social media pages. You can withdraw social media permission at any time by contacting us.
SMS / Text Messaging Terms
- Program: Central Florida Pitch Group event notifications.
- What you’ll receive: event registration confirmations, reminders and event updates.
- How you opt in: by checking the text-message consent box when you register or submit a form on our website or event pages, or by texting us first. Consent is not a condition of registering or attending.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- To stop: reply STOP at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.
- For help: reply HELP, or contact us at pitchgroups@gmail.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Sponsorships
Sponsorship benefits, pricing and terms are set in each sponsor’s agreement or invoice. Nothing on this website is a guarantee of leads, referrals or business results.
No guarantees
Pitch Group events create opportunities for networking and visibility. We do not guarantee attendance numbers, leads, referrals, deals or other results.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pitch Group is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or attendance at events.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
